it’s so clear that’s what is up here, I am astounded that all freepers can’t see that.

I couldn't agree more. And they play right into his hands.

How’s that “lesser of evils” thing working out with McConnell the Obama enabler. The “you have to vote party line” meme died with Mitchy’s election.

P.S. If you believe Obama won the election fair and square you haven’t been paying attention.

his plan all along!

it is called “split the vote”

attract the conservative base, then start a third party.

work for Perot (Clinton)

although we need a revamped or new party for sure.
current wisdom says, revamp.

Having said that....I urge Donald Trump to seriously consider running as a third party candidate, which will insure that the Republicans will lose the POTUS election, in 2016!!! The country, of course, will continue to come apart and fail, as well as being openly attacked by the enemies of the USA

OK... you'll have your catharsis. Then what?

there will be nothing left at that point, it’s unraveling so fast now, that a Hillary presidency will finish it off.

Trump has long said he loves his job of striking deals and making money.

Interested in what deal he struck with Hillary. Some future policy of hers will dump megabuck$ into Trump's pocket.

Department of Treasury: Steve Forbes. FWIW, Forbes magazine provides sensible analysis of the mess that’s been made of the economy.

The THREAT of going 3rd party gives Trump more control right now than any candidate typically has over the RNC

Anyone who “sits out” an election is a fool.

More importantly, it is an insult to all those who fought and died to make sure we have the right to vote.

If he goes third party he's Perot II and a lying POS.

If he doesn't, he's not.

But, in the end, if Trump is treated well, and defeated in the arena of ideas, rather than by PERSONAL ATTACKS, he will respect the will Republican Primary VOTERS, and not run Third Party. But if the party keeps this up, then it’s through - and THANKFULLY. If they REFUSE to support their base, it’s time for the party to go bye-bye.

Oh, what a bunch of nonsense. No matter what happens he can say the RNC and other candidates didn't treat him well. Anyone can say that. He just told a radio host the other day that he would not run as anything but a Republican. Now we are back to the 3rd party stuff.

Trump is a con artist. He is conning you, and making a fool out of a lot of conservatives. He will say ANYTHING that is necessary to get his way at any particular moment in time. Everything he says is fluid and he "evolves" on issues more than Obama by far.

He’s just sealed Jeb’s fate, along with Rubio, Walker and most of the others in the pack.

If he runs 3rd party and siphons off a few % of right of center votes, which is all he would get, and hands the keys to the White House to Hillary he would be sealing ALL of our fates.

Always vote down ballot, there may be a really good guy ( the next Reagan) you are screwing over by “sitting out”.

We can sit on the side a watch as Trump controls the outcome of the 2016 election, with the medias help of course. Either the Rinos take him seriously or push him aside, he WILL be someone to listen to and can could easily get a demodummie elected should he decide to split the votes three ways. Is he a man of his word? You be the judge. Personally, I think he has done this country a great service by having the guts to tell it like it is, problem is, do the rinos take him seriously.

Interesting. You people are becoming so emotionally attached to that narcissist, you're reminiscent of Obama zombies from 2008.

"I’d give the election a pass before voting for Trump."

Same.

Really, does this surprise anyone? Last week he wouldn't rule out a third-party run. A few days ago he said it wouldn't happen. And now this.

Classic Trump.

How did you make the jump from Clinton to Obama? We had 8 years of GWB between them.

Those 8 years of Bush destroyed the Republican party. Bush the incompetent with his nation building gave us Obama.

"Bingo! Some on here say they would never vote for Trump. I wonder if they would vote for one of the other RINOs? Seems they will if it comes down to that."

I don't follow your line of reasoning. You think that those of us who won't vote for a Democratic shyster would vote for a liberal Republican? Why?

"But, for me - no way! I have three I like, and if none of them get the nomination - I will sit out the election."

So we should vote for Trump instead of sitting it out, but you can skip it if your candidates don't make the cut. Got it.
