I don’t know what Congress is supposed to do NOW, but they used to pass laws to protect America, not its enemies.

While I agree with you, “Congress” is useless. About the only thing I can see coming out of the government is newer and better ways to punish you and I for succeeding; taking from us our wealth and giving it to law breakers and grifters. 47% of this country is on the take in one form or another at this point (probably a bit higher now). 18 Trillion in debt. We are being invaded along our southern border and the Islamic State is here now in operation.
I am not sorry to say, I truly wish for a collapse at this point. At least that way I can be “free” even if it is a fight day to day just to survive. Right now, I am a slave and there is nowhere on this planet for me to escape to. I think we lost the Republic.
When laws don’t matter anymore, then what?
