I don't really want him to change his tone.

• I want him to call out middle east dictators when they say hateful stuff.
• I want him to blast the media when they have unbalanced coverage.
• I want him to call congress weak until Congress grows a backbone.
• I want him to fire the VA administration and put competent people in charge.
• I want him to walk back the free trade deals that are not in America's interest.
• If he changes his tone at all, I want it to be because people aren't attacking him or America. I

I am sure that he is a tough negotiator and does not slam people he wants to do deals with. Lots of people skills required as well as accountability - due dilligence or you can get sued in business.
