Cruz voted for Obama’s negotiations with Iran, which is all about opening Iran to trade with GE and other global titans. A gift to the US Chamber and GOP-e.

Cruz advocates to increase H1-B Visas and voted to give work permits to illegals in this nation. Another gift to the US Chamber and GOP-e.

Cruz opposed, then voted for Obama’s Trade Promotion Authority. Another gift to the US Chamber and GOP-e.

Get your facts straight:

1. Iran Bill:
WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, released the following statement regarding votes on the Iran Nuclear Review Act: “This bill was a missed opportunity. If Congress had acted to defend our constitutional authority – if Congress had adopted the Cruz-Toomey amendment – then we would be able to stop a bad Iran deal. Instead, the odds are now overwhelming that under these ground rules President Obama will negotiate, and Congress will acquiesce to, a terrible deal that allows Iran to acquire nuclear weapons and will endanger the lives of millions of Americans and our allies.

“I voted no on cloture because we should have insisted on amendments to put real teeth in this bill. Ultimately, I voted yes on final passage because it may delay, slightly, President Obama’s ability to lift the Iran sanctions and it ensures we will have a Congressional debate on the merits of the Iran deal. I will continue to lead the fight to prevent the Islamic Republic of Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons and to protect the national security of America and our allies.”
2. H1-B Visas: So?? Please provide evidence that proves increasing H1-B visas actually steals the jobs of Americans and that it is done on more than just a very, very occasionally basis by on or two bad players like SCE and Disney. 1000 jobs (SCE & Disney) / 350,000 H1-B visas = 0.3 %. This is not a systemic problem or even a small problem. Those abusing the process should be punished severly, but falsely claiming that H1-B is "Stealing" American jobs as if all H1-B visas is stealing jobs is a lie.

3. Senator Cruz voted for, and then finally, against TPA.

IF you want to see someone who is in the US Chamber's pockets, look at Scott Walker. That man will destroy the US by eventually giving citizenship to the millions of Illegal Aliens in this country.

“I voted no on cloture because we should have insisted on amendments to put real teeth in this bill. Ultimately, I voted yes on final passage because it may delay, slightly, President Obama’s ability to lift the Iran sanctions....

Sounds like John Kerry. The delay did not happen. CRUZ was wrong. But, he sure opened that Iranian market to all his buddies at Goldman Sachs, the US Chamber and in the GOP-e.

H1-B Visas: So??

Tell that to those FReepers who lost their jobs to H1-B visa holders. With massive unemployment, there is NO NEED to expand foreign workers except to pander to the US Chamber of Commerce and GOP-e.

That man [Walker] will destroy the US by eventually giving citizenship to the millions of Illegal Aliens in this country.

Cruz will give them work permits and create a permanent second-class citizenship that will be made citizens overnight by a judge who says if you live here, pay taxes here and have a work permit for x number of years, you are automatically a citizen.

Instead, Walker wants the illegals to apply for legal citizenship and naturalization, get the background checks (eliminate criminals) and learn the language....if they want to stay. Walker also opposes giving out H1-Bs and granting citizenship while so many Americans are unemployed.

I never heard Cruz tie illegals or H1-Bs to unemployed Americans, like Walker does.
