If Cruz was about action he would have written and even sterner letter, and held even more hearings...In all seriousness, I like Cruz, but he still plays the game with the GOPe, if he isn’t one of them. Has he filed articles of impeachment? Why not? Is he afraid it would upset the GOPe? Does he think that voters might not like him? Is he scared to use the one true check he has over the lawless executive branch?

Gay marriage - nonsense. Marriage is a religious institution that the government has no business endorsing or failing to give license to in the first place. The government has no business treating anyone differently because the took part in a religious service. I think Alabama has taken action toward this approach. Further, your your church wants to marry people of the same sex, the government should stay out of it.
