Coosa GOP to hold conference call with candidate Ted Cruz

The Coosa County Republican Party will host a conference call with Presidential Candidate Sen. Ted Cruz (R) of Texas on Tuesday, July 21, 2015. Alabama Republican Chairman Terry Lathan will place the call from the Coosa County e-911 Conference Center, 60 Communications Dr., Rockford at approximately 6 p.m.
This event is part of the “Calling Alabama” program by the Alabama Republican Party that provides opportunities each month for participants to hear live conversations with Presidential candidates. The Coosa County Republican Party is only the second county to host one of these events live from their meeting. Tallapoosa County hosted a call with Dr. Ben Carson last month.
The telephone conference cal will last approximately 30 minutes and will be followed by comments from Chairman Lathan with question and answer time.
This event is open to the public.
Attendees should arrive by 5:30 p.m. to be seated prior ot the beginning of the telephone call. Parking is available in the parking on Hwy. 22 W next to the County Jail and shuttle service will be provided to the entrance. Refreshments will be provided.
