I pretty sure Bill Cunningham, who may or may not be a douche but isn’t a socialist, was talking about REPLACING the federal income tax with a sales tax. Not adding a sales tax on top of it. Duh. Personally I’m not so sure about that idea but LOTS of conservatives support it.
As for the Greek Commie PM, um, Nextrush, are you criticizing him from the left? Spending cuts are GOOD, Greece is spending more than it can afford on crap like undeserved pensions. Tsipras wised the F up, bought a clue, and took the ridiculously generous deal his creditors foolishly offered him, to save his miserable country whether the retards in his own commie party like it or not.
