His ‘family’ is cooperating with Bill O’Reilly to enact Kate’s Law......
......they appeared on Bill’s show.
...and talked about their daughter
.....and showed pictures of their daughter.
...and even showed pictures of the liberal brother.

What’s the difference for him?.....other than he doesn’t like Trump

The brother is not honoring his sister.

Is this thread a debate about who is the best candidate for POTUS or about a comment some liberal made about his dead sister? Anyone can debate this issue till the cows come home, save it for election day, the rinos will have picked who they want anyway.

Hold it right there.

Let us NOT turn Donald Trump into a cult figure please. Thank-you.

H screwed himself when he said “political views”.

The Steinle family doesn’t own this incident. Anyone’s daughter could have been on that pier. It could have been Trump’s daughter.

That was an incredibly stupid tweet and while I’m sure an intern made and sent it, if it were anyone other than saint Donald they would be eviscerated for it here at FR.

My guess is the whole family is liberal Democrat. Even when faced with the fruits of their idiocy, they act like this and refute the facts. I am pro-immigrant and anti-illegal alien and I believe those were the sentiments Trump was expressing.

America is in trouble not much because of Obama, but because of idiots like this jerk.

When did Trump mention “strict immigration reform” ???

Hes been talking about illegal aliens and about them entering the US again after being deported, and committing felonious crimes..

Illegal aliens have nothing to do with immigration..

And how has his “speaking the truth” lost him businesses? I am genuinely curious on that score.

The billionaire Republican and television personality is losing business relationships left and right after he used harsh rhetoric to describe Mexican immigrants.

Macy's canceled its Trump clothing line. NBC said Trump will no longer be allowed to host "The Apprentice." Univision, NBC, and a host of celebrities dropped Trump's Miss Universe Organization beauty pageants, including the upcoming "Miss USA" show. Even a mattress company announced that it would halt its Trump-branded products. And the businessman's critics are amping up pressure on his other endeavors.

Notably, The Wrap published a story Wednesday estimating that Trump has already lost "somewhere around $50.5 million

Maybe that was just an unintended consequence

I think he knew what he was doing. His brashness seems off the cuff but I think it's calculated to create as much of a controversy as possible. perhaps he succeeded in that beyond expectations? Either way, politely walking away is becoming less of an option for him with each passing day. He seems pretty all in at this point.

He's polling very well right now but polls aren't always all that they appear to be. It will be enough to get him into the debates though and that will be interesting to say the least. He'll definitely have America tuning in if nothing else.

Frankly, I read this brother’s ‘complaint’ and it is more one of being hurt he wasn’t consulted about what HE thought on Trump’s campaign should say/do about this as an example of unchecked illegal infestation rather than having some specific disagreement about approach.

His final comments were along the lines of “......something my family doesn’t exactly agree with.....” Odd phrasing and rather milquetoast if you ask me.

Regardless, I’d be looking at his party registration, who he works for or where he gets his money from before I’d really care what he thought.

“....[Trump] argued that producing his own brand’s clothing in China doesn’t make him hypocritical on outsourcing.

“They’ve manipulated their currency to such a point that it’s impossible for our companies to compete with them,” he said. “It’s very, very hard to have anything in apparel made in this country.”.....

I'd be skeptical of those figures given what passes for objectivity and rigor among those who describe themselves as "journalists" these days.

I wouldn’t consider someone who has amassed a fortune of $4 billion to be a fool. I consider him very smart. What makes Trump special, though, is that he is not afraid. Has Trump said he would abandon the Constitution? After Obama, there really isn’t much of a Constitution left.

"I’ve never heard a word from his campaign manager. I’ve never heard a word from him. I don’t want to be affiliated with someone who doesn’t have the common courtesy to reach out and ask about Kate, and our political views, and what we want. The platform that he’s setting isn’t exactly what our family believes in.”

Do not deplore and decry a horrific action if you have not become personally involved with the victims' families and embrace their political views? Don't even mention or make known the horror if you do not share political views?

Brad Steinle added that Trump’s immigration policies were “not rational” and “not common sense.”

Not a fact that Mexico's corrupt ruling class is actively using the "citizens abroad" to assert their interests over that of citizens loyal to the United States of America?

Tons of proof are out there that is is a fact and has been for years.. even MSM employees reported it back then.

Starting late '80s:

Initially the interest in hanging-on to citizens living abroad was to recognize and secure their votes in Mexico elections. How Mexico's Ruling Party Outflanked Its Opposition in U.S. I.e., Mexicans living in the U.S. could vote in Mexico's elections and the competition for those votes raged.

Responding to these signs of opposition strength across the border in California, the Salinas administration vigorously set out to create a new relationship with Mexico's emigre communities in the United States. At the center of its efforts was an expanded, activist role for Mexico's web of 40 [when Salinas president, Mexico has added many more] consulates, augmented by the Foreign Ministry's new program for Mexican communities abroad.

Mexico Woos U.S. Mexicans, Proposing Dual Nationality

"Some analysts say the Government hopes the amendment will enable Mexican-Americans to help defend Mexican interests in the United States, although officials here deny that is the aim . . . President Ernesto Zedillo [wanted] to forge closer ties with Mexicans living in the United States [with an] initiative . . . which was begun [under President Salinas] . . . 'You're Mexicans -- Mexicans who live north of the border,' Mr. Zedillo told Mexican-American politicians [urging them to] help create an ethnic lobby with political influence similar to that of American Jews. . . Rodolfo O. de la Garza, a professor of government at the University of Texas [said] cultivating friends and partners in the exile community [would] defuse potential criticism of the Mexican Government by exiles, [and] he said . . . '[A]s Mexican-Americans become more powerful, the Mexican Government wants them to defend Mexican interests here in the United States.'"

Even twenty years ago Mexico had 51 consulates in the United States to our 16 in Mexico, much of Mexico's influence over our matters is directed by them. [My emphasis]

Arturo Sarukhan, a top official in Mexico[rruption]'s foreign ministry said [vis-a-vis their anti-US tactics]:"How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time."
