Two policemen were wounded in explosions at two district police stations in the west Ukrainian city of Lviv on Tuesday, the Interior Ministry said, linking the cases to a deadly standoff between a far-right group and police over the weekend.
In a statement, the ministry said the entrances to the stations had been booby-trapped with explosives and the safety clip of a grenade was found at one of the sites.
"The Interior Ministry connects these explosions with events in the Carpathian region (in western Ukraine), organized with the aim of destabilizing the situation in the country," it said.
On Saturday, two people were killed in a firefight between members of the ultranationalist group, Right Sector, and police in the town of Mukacheve in western Ukraine, prompting President Petro Poroshenko to call for all 'illegal groups' to disarm.

Right Sector is said to be taking/have taken control of the Lviv Regional Administration, lowering the EU flag, and flying the Right Sector banner in it's place, as well as setting up several armed checkpoints.
Kiev seems to be blaming Right Sector for last night's police station bombings, while Right Sector is blaming "Novorussian Trans-Carpathian Activists".
This all began a few days ago in town near Hungary called Mukacheve, in western Ukraine, when the national police tried to shut down a big Right Sector-run Cigarette Smuggling Operation into Hungary. Right Sector responded by shooting up a bar the cops frequented, and it turned into a military standoff.
Right Sector demonstrators in Kiev are demanding that the Interior Minister, Arson Avakov, resign, or they say there can be no peace. Lots of bad blood between RS and Avakov, and has been since RS Hero Sashko Bily was killed after the coup.
