Why did Cruz support obama to remove the Iranian capitulation from the treaty requirements on the Constitution ( 2/3 senate approval on all treaties was changed to 1/3 senate approval!!!) Any body please explain why this happened. This is outrageous.

The current Iran deal is an Executive Agreement, not a treaty. Obama has the authority to make such agreements without Congress. That they passed a bill to include Congress at all was some improvement.
