After less than a year under appeal, the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit released its opinion in Trinity Wall Street v. Walmart Stores, Inc., explaining that Walmart cannot be forced to allow shareholders to infringe on customers’s 2nd Amendment rights.

The best thing than is not to shop at walmart as the shareholders will probably disregard the court ruling as they are on Obama’s backpocket anyway. walmart the store that hates conservatives and family values, instead promotes communism and stupidity to appease its stockholders.
The stockholders are the owners of the company. They better appease the owners. I know the Walton family retains a large fraction of the stock, but investors want ROI, the bigger the R the better. Companies don’t have ideologies, they have public images.
Trinity Church, which is behind this lawsuit, is in Lower Manhattan around the corner from Zuccotti Park. They were big supporters of the Occupy Wall Street events. A year or more after OWS had been cleared out of the park, there were still OWS types camped out semi-permanently on the church grounds.
Just to give some background on the history of this church.
While it is an Episcopalian church, I am sure they are overjoyed with the current Marxist Pope.

So you agreed that you are an idiot or what is it? i have had a rough day taking care of a parent with Advanced Alzheimer’s Disease. parent was supposed to placed in a nursing home but there was a foul up in the paperwork so I have to wait at least 45 more days of daily challenges of urinary and fecal incontinence of the parent to deal with.
