Went to Arby’s once in my life. I was 7 years old. I don’t recall what I had, but I was violently ill for 2 days after. I’ve never gone back.

It's been a number of years now, so I don't remember exactly where I'd heard it first, but ARBY's means:

America's
Real
Bacteria
Yes
Sir!

Ate there once back in the late 80's. Like you, I got violently ill about 12 hours later.

I did go back some years ago to try their "market fresh sandwiches" which were actually darn good!

No ARBY's left near me, not sure where they went.

Not gonna lie, the new bacon sandwiches look tasty, and the very same Arby’s from which I got so ill all those years ago still stands in the same place here locally. Just not sure I could get past the stigma though. It’s like that first time you ever get completely nailed on vodka. The smell of the stuff sends you into convulsions for months after.
