This is the guy you make swallow a capsule with explosives in it.
Explain to the individual what moving one centimeter outside the range of a control device will set off an explosion that would clear a city block.
You don’t need that much explosive, but it would make him think.
Then if he goes out of range, a small explosive could go off that those sitting next to him might not even hear.
In moments his disgusting life would end.
