This is HYSTERICAL. The Democrats have to feel like they’re on the receiving end of an inaccurate mortar barrage. They keep seeing explosions blowing up their causes, but they are hitting targets TOTALLY AT RANDOM, and they can’t predict or prepare for what’s next.
I very much doubt that anyone, even Kennedy, had a response planned for this round.
