Do you know this for a fact? Or is this a family owned business? I don't know, that's why I said "if". Going after personal property could be illegal depending on the legal makeup of the business. That's what I'd like to find out.

it is illegal as it was an administrative ruling not an article III court of law. the lien will be bogus.
