Any experts out there on Adobe Illustrator? I tried this yesterday after watching this video, I downloaded Obamas birth certificate from the WH website, uploaded it to illustrator and sure enough, the page came out in layers and if you shut these layers off one by one the letters disappear. Any one know though if illustrator does this based on contrasting letters, meaning it separates them automatically based on brightness, etc. or is this evidence of someone deliberately making layers to create/forge this thing?

You want to see something, zoom in (800% is good) on box 4 of the LFBC, and look at the 2 boxes next to '1st' and '2nd'. Notice anything strange?

Now look in box 3, at the box for 'twin', and compare it to the box for 'yes' in 7g.

Strange how these anomalies are associated with boxes that would be filled in for a birth of twins. What a coincidence that the first people identified as having been born around the same time as Obama, and who's certificate numbers are only a couple digits off, were the Nordyke twins.

It can be either. If you start with a scanned document, the OCR program guesses at the content and creates blocks of text using the closest match. This will lead to numerous layers, often with mismatched fonts. Acrobat attempts to maintain the visual representation first and doesn’t necessarily create readable or contiguous text. Suspect characters and graphics are left as images so more complex documents create more layers and problems.

Ultimately, any OCR document is inherently unreliable as a record. A photograph would show signs of manipulation, but the OCR process adds artifacts that make it almost impossible to prove either way.

GENTLEMAN: What will we do, assuming Obama does leave office, and after fundamentally transforming America (code words for ruining it) it turns out he really WAS born in Kenya, and thus, was never legally President? What WILL we do?
