Jeb Bush’s plutocratic fantasy land: Why his comments about American workers are completely

Jeb Bush’s plutocratic fantasy land: Why his comments about American workers are completely divorced from reality.

It’s possible that you can forgive Jeb Bush for not knowing about regular people, when in an interview with the New Hampshire Union Leader on Wednesday, he demonstrated a complete lack of appreciation for how hard Americans work — and for how little. Perhaps you can also forgive him for not recognizing that, in fact, Americans work more than their counterparts in other industrialized countries, that we get less vacation time, less maternity leave, and retire later than most anyone else, and that that trend is only intensifying. He’s from a family of millionaires, after all, whose parents were the millionaire children of yet other millionaires before them. It’s an unfortunate reality that the elite who enjoy that sort of privilege simply don’t have the means to understand the lives of those above whom they reside in luxury.

But didn't Karl Rove and Rince P. assure us that Sanctuary City Jeb wouldn't say stupid things and give anti-GOP ammunition to the RATS?

“Plutocrat” is a good term for Jebbie and all the Bushes for that matter. One of the many Reagan errors

IMHO, Bush disqualified himself with that comment. He is now a big juicy sitting duck, waiting for Democrat ads to bludgeon him with that clip over and over and over again. Like what they did to Romney? You ain’t seen nothing yet.

The GOPe cannot possibly proceed with this guy unless they have a death wish (which, in fact, they just may).

With 90,000,000 Americans out of the workforce, I think it is hard not to say that Americans work more

Yes, and the “average American worker” gets paid $ 100,000 for a simple “speech” to a wounded veterans organization and $ 70,000 in travel costs to present it. The Bushes and their mirror image on the Dem side, the Clintons, are out of touch with regular Americans and the “common people”.

This is part of the RNC’s “Designated Loser” strategy to make sure Hillary is elected.

1. Jeb says something true about work hours in the most clumsy way possible.
2. MSM takes the clumsy words totally out of context.
3. Articles like these spread like flies.
4. Jeb looks the fool - a likely correct characterization.

Forwarding a candidate who is asking people to abandon the rule of law and give their country to fraudulently documented foreigners was already a death wish when 65-70% of the citizens want the border secured and the laws enforced.

Yeb Bush is THE worst designated loser yet.

(1) The problem isn’t the ones working. The problem is the ones not working.

(2) Jeb Bush has never worked an honest day in his life. He’s never earned anything without the use of his family name.

(3) The Jeb clown-show cannot go away soon enough.

LOL! Yeah. Right. As I know you know, they mean “we, the GOPe, want to run who we want to run who will lose badly because they will be a moron but, hey ... we always get what we want.”

...you got ‘slob boy in the oval office’ to thank for Americans not working, companies don’t or won’t pay for ‘full time’ employees because they can’t or don’t want to pay for the ‘obamacare’ mess that our ‘spineless sissies’ voted for....

I detest Salon and never go there, except that Jeb Bush makes me sick, and I thought it might be amusing to hear a little communist rage.

So I clicked and it sat there while Ghostery turned off 21 trackers, most I’ve seen so far.

Anyway, the obtuseness and invincible bias of liberals is so... thorough. Class envy and hate America, the recession was Bush’s fault, Reagan sucks, ACA 30 hour employees are corporations’ fault, etc.

These are the shriveled, one dimensional urban cretins that comprise perhaps half of our countrymen. Sheesh.

I just don’t see any getting along with them, because we have essentially nothing in common. They are like teenagers, utterly unaware of their foolishness as they are ruled by the flesh.

The democrat party has been bought and sold to millionaire elites. It’s all they’ve got on that side... the uber rich like Soros hiring ‘students’ to pretend they’re ‘down with the struggle’.

It’s all fake on that side. Michael Moore’s butler and Hillary’s top maid staff make more money than the average American.

I almost clicked on the link too just to see but then thought ....hmmm has salon ever expressed this same outrage over the multitudinous traitorous things that obama and the RATS say about America and do to AMERICA each and every day? No, they don't. So F Salon. Even tho apparently they calked this one right.

Same on our side is the problem. The Kochs are our Soros. There are others on both sides to be sure, but both have been bought quite some time ago. It’s ashame that Conservatism gave in to that. The slavering of our candidates at the feet of the billionaires a few months ago was nauseating.

We are in trouble. DEEP trouble.
