I think we should tattoo every illegal alien who is caught here with a 3” tall letter “I” in the middle of their forehead. Maybe that would make it easier to identify them. If they get caught a second time, add another “I” to their forehead. Eventually, even the INS is going to have a hard time explaining how a felon gets in here 5 times.

I would deport them once, for "free". The second time I would incarcerate them for 6 months, then deport them. The third time I would put a rope around their neck and drop them through the scaffolding. Three strikes and they're out. For good.
They're recidivist criminals who have no business breathing good air and they are more trouble than they are worth.
