"Russia's ruling political party has designed a "heterosexual flag" to honor traditional family values, the Izvestia newspaper reported Wednesday."
The graphic which the Soviets are claiming that they designed appears to have been floating around the Internet with different comments written in English and other languages for at least two years.
Two years ago, in May 2013, someone in France created this graphic:
Here is another version with slight color differences and written in English. It appears that this one found on Facebook was also created and posted online long before the "news" from the Soviets.
