Taxes leave with the people, though.

Less and less comes in, as you tax the remaining people more and more.

Yes, but they have money coming in.

It’s not like they are Bob The Wino who only has a quarter in his pocket.

They need to make the hard decisions and implement them.

Or maybe they’ll vote to keep the illegal Mexican invaders out.

PR needs to add a $10,000 exit tax for it’s citizens leaving the island.. Think of it as an incentive to act responsibly now and in the future... I’m in Orlando ,, we’ve been in PR’s crosshairs for more than a decade ,, they send us their criminals when released with a one way ticket to my home to rob us... Thanks a lot.

They should buy them a one way ticket back. Cheaper than jailing them! ;-)

We found out about it a few years ago when some druggies released in a deal rather than being prosecuted killed some people here... Ricans are generally lazy and will find out that we have PLENTY of Mexicans that will outwork them for slave wages here... Thanks Jeb!

I used to work for a phone company and when we needed to have someone at our PR office fix something on their end there were only two people out of over 300 that we could call that spoke English ,, and only one of them knew how the equipment worked ,, if we got the English speaking dummy she would just translate our requests into Spanish for another tech...

I’ve been to Vieques. It is awesome. The beaches on the former military reservation are the most beautiful and pristine I have ever seen.

I recommend it.

They have little wild ponies you can pet. We surfed off a defunct nuclear power plant. Cigars are cheap.

Lots of open coke dealing though. No one had marijuana, but we were offered cocaine for sale several times. It’s a trafficking hub, apparently.

I got to surf off a defunct nuclear power plant.

Some folks did not like white people though.

The cool thing is we did not have to go through customs, and I mailed myself several interesting tropical plants via USPS that are doing great in my back yard, and some neat shells/conchs.
