Just wondering how long before the gub'mint puts pc requirements on health care providers and insurance in order for them to be paid.
I can see something like; "if your hospital just not gain 23 black,8 gay and 4 transgendered doctors by the 2nd quarter, you will not receive full reimbursement from insurers"
