Republican presidential candidates Ted Cruz and Mike Huckabee went head-to-head for evangelical votes Sunday, telling a megachurch congregation in Georgia that God favors the United States but warning that the nation is on a perilous spiritual path because of actions like the Supreme Court decision legalizing same-sex marriage in all 50 states.

But if it's true that God Favors the United States, I don't know how Huckabee would know this? Man has Free Will, that's what makes us flawed. God is not pulling puppet strings on anyone, including the Supreme Court Justices. So if you believe that, then there's no way for anyone to know what God favors. God favors faithful followers that turn away from sin.

TED CRUZ is the leader who will BOLDLY speak the truth and STAND on his convictions. He loves America and the Godly principles set forth in the U.S. Constitution.

In a debate Ted Cruz would show up Hucksterbee as the snake oil salesman that he is.
Every time Huckabee picks up his gee-tar it’s like he’s going to say to the infobabe hostette, “This is something I wrote last night, just for you!”
The big difference between the two.....Huck ONLY has a chance with the naive evangelical vote...and he’ll split that with Santorum....meanwhile Cruz will get the more educated evangelical vote, and Cruz has a lot of support among other groups as well.
This won’t be close.
I respect Huckabee and Santorum, but Cruz is my candidate. We need conservative leadership , not a counselor.

I just read on Drudge that Cruz announced that the Cruz control groups have collectively raised $51 million since he declared on March 23rd.

Honestly, he makes my skin crawl. Who is paying him and/or encouraging him to do this? Grrrrrr
I enjoyed his book, too. Good stories. His dad having tears streaming down his face when Ted was sworn in was very touching.
Loved the Supreme Court stories. He was very candid on family and personal issues, as well.
Huckabee is an establishment tool. He is in the race to take votes from other candidates so the GOPe can foist Bush on us.
