“California water belongs to the snail darters.”
I made a comment like that and never heard the end of it on this site. The Snail Darters are in Tennessee, it’s the DELTA SMELT that they’re trying to save by dumping all of their fresh water into the Pacific.
The DELTA SMELT will replace CALIFORNIANS!!
