Senator Cruz is not one to “pander.” He recognizes the reality that the court has long ago become political and no longer objective in its rulings.

The “Founders” would be horrified about the way the SCOTUS has continued to expand its influence beyond the original wording and meaning of the COTUS. They certainly WOULD NOT approve of a court of tyrants imposing sodomite marriage on all states of the union. Besides - Senator Cruz is proposing the proper amendment of the COTUS....something the “Founders” new would be necessary from time to time. I think they would agree with his move.
