Enclosed are RSVP instructions for the “Ted Cruz Florida Grassroots Leadership Conference” (Orlando, July 18, 2015).
You’re invited to visit the website for additional information (www.TedCruzFloridaVictory.org).
Please SHARE this information with all your Florida Friends supporting Ted Cruz.
Conference attendance is $ 35 per person.
Children under 12 are not charged (limit is two per RSVP attendee).
Your Pastor or Rabbi attends the Conference at no charge when accompanied by You.
Your name will be placed on the “Conference RSVP List” and checked-off when you arrive.
Therefore, you will not need a physical “ticket” for you and your RSVP party.
You will receive a full refund should the Conference be forced to cancel because of an unanticipated event (blizzard, hurricane, et al).
Please note that the below process is the only way to “confirm” your Party’s RSVP for the Orlando Conference.
Facebook or Internet Website “Likes, Group Memberships, or Event RSVPs” are not recognized as valid confirmations.
Conference seating is limited to 150 guests.
The last day that an “RSVP Confirmation E-Mail” (see below) can be accepted is Sunday, July 12, 2015 at midnight.

1) Send a “RESERVATION E-MAIL” to RSVP@TedCruzFloridaVictory.org
A. Provide All the Names in your Party
B. Add your Pastor or Rabbi’s name if they are attending
C. Indicate if you wish to sit together at the same table.
2) Make your check payable to “Coggeshall” (one check for your party)
3) Write down on a slip of paper your Name and E-Mail address
4) Write down all the Names in your Party (Pastors, Rabbis, Children)
5) Mail your Check and RSVP Party’s full list of Names to:
