Police initially detained 239 individuals on the scene at Twin Peaks and determined they had probable cause to arrest all but 62 of them.

Seems like now would be the best time to ABOLISH any and all claims of Qualified Immunity and Taxpayer Funded Legal Services for any and all Public Servants and Public Employees.
If they did nothing wrong, they have nothing to hide or worry about.
