Why Hasn’t The DNC Released Its Full Autopsy Report Yet?
The Daily Caller ^ | 7-1-15 | Alex Pappas

Earlier this year, the Democratic National Committee said it would release its full report on what went wrong for the party in the 2014 elections and what it can do to better perform in future elections by May.

It’s now July, and that hasn’t happened yet.

In February, the DNC released a preliminary nine-page report, saying its Democratic Victory Task Force final recommendations would be made public by mid-2015.

“In May of 2015 the Task Force — in partnership with the Democratic National Committee — will release a strategic plan to guide the Party’s efforts through the 2022 elections,” the preliminary report said.

On Wednesday, a spokeswoman for the DNC confirmed to The Daily Caller that the full report hasn’t been released yet, but didn’t say what is holding it up or when to expect it.

After Democrats lost elections to Republicans in races across the country last November, DNC chairman Debbie Wasserman Schultz ordered Democrats to establish a task force to explore the party’s problems. Republicans underwent a similar effort in 2013 after the party failed to oust Barack Obama from the White House.

Republican National Committee chairman Reince Priebus on Wednesday tweeted at the DNC, asking them about the report. A link on the party’s website about the preliminary report, Priebus noted, no longer works.

In February, Wasserman Schultz said of the task force doing the report: “The Democratic Victory Task Force plays an important role, consulting people from around the country from all backgrounds, in an effort to continue to strengthen the Democratic Party. … We have a lot of work ahead, but we know that when Democrats win elections, the middle class wins.”

Can someone explain to me what went wrong for Democrats in the 2014 election? Because I don't see it. The bills passing have a higher percentage of Dems. Seems like they are driving the ship and McConnell still calls Reid the Majority Leader.

If 2014 was a failure for Democrats, what would a success look like?

Why would the DNC release its full report on what went wrong for the party in the 2014 elections?

Why give the Republicans a heads up?

Nothing went wrong for the Dems.
They’ve gotten everything they’ve wanted and pulled
the GOP even harder left.
If you get all you want while the opposition does
the heavy lifting and gets the blame when it goes wrong.
Well that looks like winning to me.

They didn’t lie enough and they didn’t give enough stuff free. They also know too many illegals were prevented from voting. They aim to correct those mistakes.

Or they just make sure Bush wins the GOP nomination and they know they win.
