I called and was told if I pushed then they would take my file from the stack and put it at the bottom of the stack
My county gov't actually has people on staff who work as intermediaries between the VA and the vet. That's who I filed through.
I think it helps keep the VA a little more honest than not.

Yes, moved to Texas and we have such an office here in my county. Excellent. Simply excellent.

However, El Paso County is a disaster. The El Paso office is unresponsive and rude.
