They don't need to leave the borders open. They are importing over 100,000 Muzzies a month and have almost no idea who any of them are nor do they care. As long as aren't white or Christian they figure they've got their votes and that's what is important - not whether they are cold-blooded, murdering, Islamist fanatics or not.
