Yemen conflict: 'More than 1,000' prisoners escape

About 1,200 prisoners, including al-Qaeda suspects, have escaped from a prison in central Yemen, officials say.

Islam does not operate prisons. The concept of providing for a criminal the basics of life such as food, clothing, shelter, are laughable. Why do we attempt to process life under Islam as something it isn't?

A prison in an Islamic country is merely a place to confine you while they can torture you, discover your assets, sell your daughters into slavery, kill your sons, shoot your wife in the head, until they have gotten from you what they want. If you turn out to be a jihadi boy in the pokey because our CIA wants you there, you will be set free on purpose.
