I know Millenial Christians who celebrated the legalization of gay marriage. Of course, they think themselves to be so enlightened because they get their news from Jon Stewart, and the MSM and they graduated with advanced degrees from Berkeley. They think that they are smarter than their godly parents, John Piper, Tim Keller and other Christians who they like, along with John Calvin, Martin Luther, the Catholic Church, the apostle Paul, Jesus and God. Their hubris rivals that of Obama. They are like typical liberals, who never think through the eventual consequences of their actions. Sad.

Regarding the future of Christianity in the US, the US will soon be just like China that only allows government sanctioned religion for the people. First of all, most citizens don’t pay federal taxes, and for those that do most don’t itemize deductions.

Secondly, property taxes are a local tax not a federal tax. It would be up to the local entity as to any property taxes that would be due. Most state and local politicians are more answerable to the voters than at the local leve.
