The reason we were not allowed to read the unaffordable healthcare rationing act until it was passed was because the supreme court had yet to finish redlining it. Too bad the court is exempt from the act as it should be as eligible for obamacare genocide as any other American citizen.

Roberts has to know hes wrong. Jonathan Gruber,an MIT economist who advised the White House, explained during a 2012 speech that the federal law limited subsidies to enrollees of state exchanges in order to squeeze states to act. Quoth Gruber,If youre a state and you dont set up an exchange, that means your citizens dont get their tax credits, but your citizens still pay the taxes that support this bill.Roberts was either blackmailed or bought or both.
He knew what the intent was and twice he twisted his logic into pretzels to be able to write an opinion that was not readable without being laughable.
Traitor to his oath.

"Roberts has to know hes wrong"Apparently, Roberts doesn't care whether he's wrong or not.

it would destabilize the individual insurance market in any State with a Federal Exchange, and likely create the very death spirals that Congress designed the Act to avoid. The wording is almost right. Instead of saying congress 'likely meant' what Roberts said, the words should have been what Roberts 'wished they had said'. Since he wished they had said that, he deemed it so.
