Three conservative talk-radio hosts at KLZ 560 AM jumped ship in protest of higher ups’ freeze on Tom Tancredo as a guest, reported Lynn Bartels of the Denver Post. Station manager Don Crawford Jr. said he wanted to get a read on Tancredo’s role in the state GOP coup before putting him on air

Good news RINO Coffman wont be in Senate race to push amnesty and hispandering.

My favorite Tancredo moment, though, comes in his quote to Bartels about first backing House and then stabbing him in the back (my words, not Bartels’) just months later: “My bad,” he said.

Well, it’s not just his bad, although why anyone would follow Tancredo, the ultimate back-benching bomb thrower, I have no idea, except that the bomb-throwers have taken over the state GOP. I had never put Coffman in that group, but now? …

I’ve always been a fan of the Tanc, though haven’t kept up with him the last few years. I know he has always made the manicured, go-along establishment set uncomfortable.

Yes. Steve King says Tancredo deserves credit for killing congressional amnesty in the 2000’s.

Steve King said his own work was nothing compared to Tancredo bombthrowing.

Tancredo also hates Christie and Jeb Bush.

It was funny because Steve King and GW Bush were good friends but Tancredo and GW were not. Same with Christie.

Cong. Tancredo was my congresscrittter for several years. I have met him twice. One of the good guys. He stood with us on the bridge protesting criminal illegal immigration and backed the Border patrol officers Ramos and Compean when they were wrongly imprisoned.

Yes, Tancredo is the ONLY single presidential candidate, in the entire country, who openly declared he will deport EVERY illegal immigrant.

None, Zipo, Zero, Nada, of any other politicians running for president has that agenda.

In other words all candidates running in 2016 are for some form of Amnesty. Is it disgusting & nauseating or what? Only Trump has come closest to Tancredo like statements.

Tom Tancredo got blasted out of the primary running for Governor of Colorado by the fat boy Christie. Christie paid something like $175,000 for a lying attack ad against Tancredo. Tancredo did what he said he would unlike Cory Gardner who turned his back on his promises and the people of Colorado.

I thought last time was the dirtiest race but I see where the coming election has the potential to be the dirtiest in history.

You are right. It was Tancredo who was a real stalwart on illegal invasion until Rove told him, and I quote: “Don’t soil these steps again with you presence.”. Before long, nobody ever heard from him again.

That makes me suspicious that it was Rove who put pressure on the so-called higher-ups to shut Tom down.

I did not know about the Rove statement.

But it doesn’t surprise me.

If you go against the grain and the desires of the GOPe...you are toast. It is happening today and people act surprised.

Trancredo was probably the bomb thrower. But we voters, bombing our reps and reps that were not ours, also helped.

It won’t help today since they have decided it is a Great Thing.

Not only the candidates currently running...but our “elite” elected officials.

I try not to be a one issue voter...but if I were...immigration would be it.

And now that I think of it, in another instance when TC was trying to explain how devastating it would be to flood the country with illegals who have no knowledge of our history nor do they have a desire to assimilate.

Karl turned in his chair, looked at Tom and said “what’s the matter, you don’t want to help out brown people?”. So the merits of what Tancredo was saying was overshadowed by Rove’s insinuation of racism.

And that ended that.
