Cheaper than you would think....whole set-up for under $5,000. Chicken feed to alot of ‘gangs’. Trust me, they will go that route if things get too restrictive. They will ALWAYS have weapons. You not so much.
Yeah, but for the record, I would prefer milled parts, the plastic liberator has variable durability. Getting the right ingredients is another issue. Not saying that 3D Printing inherently is bad. Had a nice model airplane made that way. But still, the proficiency is not something most gangsters are willing to develop. There’s a black market out there for unregistered guns that work, and as it is, they work quite well in murdering people in Detroit and Chicago, so why are gangsters going to overhaul their system when killing is effective as is? Perhaps some Conservatives might try 3D printing, but there aren’t that many people willing to go hardcore and get fancy guns in the U.S.
