President Obama stated that Obamacare is “working exactly as it’s supposed to” and “here to stay” during Saturday’s Weekly Address.
Transcript as Follows:
“Five years ago, we finally declared that in America, health care is not a privilege for a few, but a right for all. And this week, after more than fifty votes in Congress to repeal or weaken this law; after a Presidential election based in part on preserving or repealing this law; after multiple challenges to this law before the Supreme Court, we can now say this for certain: the Affordable Care Act still stands, it is working, and it is here to stay.
On Thursday, when the Court upheld a critical part of the Affordable Care Act, it was a victory for hardworking Americans all across this country whose lives are more secure because of this law. This law means that if you’re a parent, you can keep your kids on your plan until they turn 26. If you’re a senior, or an American with a disability, this law gives you discounts on your prescriptions. You can’t be charged more just because you’re a woman. And you can’t be discriminated against just for having a pre-existing condition.

Among other negatives, ObamaCare has made it impossible for many businesses to employ people full time. This means more and more able people sitting on their duff. Even hardworking folks can become used to not working and receiving unemployment bens, but too much of this lassitude hurts us in the long run.

In order to fund the new Obamacare, the government has decided to charge white middle class conservatives who haven’t had insurance with a ‘penalty’ for every year they didn’t have it.
Yeah, it’s another shell-game.

It IS working perfectly. For the insurance companies. My insurance (through the marketplace ) jumped to where we couldn’t afford it and had to pick a new plan. This one is cheaper, but pays for nothing. $6000 deductible per person. Worthless, but at least we don’t get fined. What a mess.
Wait until all of those deferred taxes kick in.

Of course it did, my friends mother is STILL waiting to get her colonoscopy done, she has been waiting for MONTHS, they never have room available for her, because all the illegals are in front of the line which is what Obamacare is intended to take care of, the illegals, so they will vote Democrat..meanwhile the rest of us have to suffer
We all know those 30,000,000 “unaccompanied children” will be voting, even though it is “illegal” for them to do so.
