What an absurd statement! Ted Cruz is one of the very few in Washington, who clearly puts traditional American values first. How, in a federation, wedded from its Creation to the idea that the citizens of its several States shall be free to accumulate the fruits of their labor & investments, to retain and pass on wealth (by the way those notions have been sacred in the English speaking world since Magna Carta), do you claim that there is something wrong with a man's wife working for an investment firm?
Your comment will suggest to many that you are either spaced out, or really far to the Left. Even the Red Chinese now recognize the benefit of having investment firms and stock markets. But I will give you the benefit of the doubt, and assume that you are just trying to make some other point--however obscure.
Is that to obscure for you?
I have my personal Cruz index increasing positively everyday. However, I reserve the right to make a final judgment based on all information I have or can get. That Heide Cruz is a principal member of a wheeling dealing stock/wall street company makes me pause to make sure I will not be caught in an old fashioned shell switching game. To date there has been nothing from the Cruz side that I know of that would ease my mind as to what role her employer plays in the Cruz’s government. Hopefully this will change for the best in the future,
