I’ve heard differently that he supports COS. Maybe his official endorsement hasn’t been made yet but in my thinking he’s not at all opposed to COS.

Timing is everything in politics. A COS is a radical move, and now is not the time for Cruz to push for it. A lot of his backers fear a COS -- look at the posts on these threads -- so this is a time for him to lead from behind while people like us lead from in front.

If he endorses, he'll do it at the moment of maximum impact.

This was a separate paragraph near the end. What else does he need to say? Or maybe you should be a bit more suspicious of what you hear.
