Three abortion clinics and an obstetrician-gynecologist have filed a federal lawsuit seeking to immediately block two new Tennessee abortion laws set to take effect on Wednesday.

The legal challenge asks that a court immediately block a law that requires clinics performing 50 or more surgical abortions each year to be regulated as ambulatory surgical treatment centers.

Follow the money. They don’t care about women’s rights, just about their own bank accounts.

Cause it hurts their revenue stream. That’s why they sue.

How many missing “journalists” and “entertainers” would it take before the media became less active in politics?

It is just so hard to adhere to standards a regular medical clinic has to. Impossibly hard, even. /s

Its all smokescreen.

From the article:

The suit also seeks to block a newly enacted measure requiring women seeking an abortion to undergo a 48-hour waiting period after first receiving in-person counseling by a physician.

So, in liberal thinking, a 48 hour waiting period is common sense when buying a gun, because the person might be buying one in the heat of the moment to kill someone, but a 48 hour waiting period for someone who has decided to in fact kill someone, is unreasonable.

If I had any faith in the judiciary I would laugh at this, but in all likelihood, yet another illogical ruling will be made.
