Why leave the court to do that? He’s not sworn to secrecy.
If Scalia quits or otherwise leaves SCOTUS, the game is over.

I’d go one step further and have Thomas and Alito resign with Scalia at the same time. Their appointed replacements would not be accepted by the public, even if they are appointed by Congress.
Walking off of the court mid-game due to poor refereeing and cheating by the other team. Historically it would be viewed as resigning with honor and would perhaps start some sort of legal civil war.
Perhaps it will only happen in one of those alternate history books....
He need not leave the court to do that.
by todays standards he need not leave. There is no more need to respect the judiciary. they are unworthy. He should tell all while he is there.
What makes you think Scalia really knows whats going on in the Supreme court. We have been told by whistleblowers that the Supreme Court judges phones are tapped (home and office). If someone is being forced into a vote, would he know?
He should stay and still write the book - document and publish -
make em prove he’s being libelous - though I think they’ll just shrug and say he can say what he wants because they know they can’t prove him wrong.

He can do that anyway, and release the book.after he’s retired. His leaving the court now will just turn this country into Zimbabwe or Iran. This is no time to retreat. This is the time for all out war against the homos Nazis and their far left enablers on the Supreme Court.
