Twin Peaks Update #3
Ive been asked for a timeline of the events leading up to the Twin Peaks Incident. In Mid-March, Waco PD personnel became aware of rising tensions between the Bandidos and Cossacks in the state and the Waco area. The two gangs, as classified by the Texas Department of Public Safety Gang Intel Unit, were increasing their violence against each other. It was reported that the increase was due to the Cossacks wearing a Texas rocker patch on their vests.
As all of the violent events between these individuals has already been reported in detail and in numerous media outlets and in an effort to preserve the integrity of the jury trial system and avoid jeopardizing any one individual's right to a fair trial, we will not layout any specific incidents of the violent encounters that have occurred between these two gangs. We will say that we believe there is evidence to support that the violence that occurred at Twin Peaks between them was not a spontaneous or isolated incident.
This week our detectives have been completing search warrants for the cell-phones that were confiscated in the incident. We will continue to provide periodic updates as information becomes available that would not unduly jeopardize the integrity of the criminal case.
...we will not layout any specific incidents of the violent encounters that have occurred between these two gangs.
Who fired the fatal shots?
Why were the majority arrested from neither of those two clubs?
How about the violence that occurred when the cops massacred the bikers?

Another non update update by the Waco PD. I’m blown away, pun intended, by all those who don’t question this clear overreach in law by LE. I guess maybe when it’s them they will change their tune but of course by then it will be too late.
Just show the dang videos and release the autopsy/ballistic reports already.
Oh, my God. I would say they pretty clearly showed how NOT to proceed. Still no coroner’s report. No idea how many killed and wounded by police. Still working the modified, limited hangout. Very similar to Fast and Furious. Congress still making sure that is going no where. How many years has that been stalling now?
Again they talk about jury pool. For what trials? What crimes? Steyn had a great article on gummint goons. Bogus charges and false imprisonment IS the punishment for being some one the gummint doesn’t like. What is left of America is pretty much on life support, at least as far as gummint is concerned. Millions of us have a different idea about things and we won’t quit no matter what “our betters” think they have accomplished.
All the evidence is going to have to come out sooner or later.
“Just move along folks, nothing to see...”
It will be interesting how many times they can rephrase the same non-information.
>>> We will say that we believe there is evidence to support that the violence that occurred at Twin Peaks between them was not a spontaneous or isolated incident. <<<
I think that translates to “We can trash these guys for weeks while pissing in the jury pool.”
Don’t count on it. Certainly don’t hold your breath.
I am thinking this is another Branch Davidian / Ruby Ridge / etc. fiasco that the Feds will cover up indefinitely.
There is no information being released and no press to raise hell about it.
And the little that has leaked out looks just terrible for the Feds, and the Feds don’t care one bit.
After all, like the 90s, whenever there is a Marxist, Godless administration in charge, the jack booted idiots who could never get a real job in society, realize that they can literally get away with murder and destruction of peoples lives with immunity in their quest to be a real army man.
And their fellow administration sycophants in the press will goose step right along with...
Stephen Stubbs posted this comment to the FB update:
Waco PD has made numerous false statements to the press regarding the May 17, 2015 incident at the Twin Peaks in Waco, TX. Almost 6 weeks later, Waco PD has yet to correct their false statements.
Let’s go over these false statements 1 by 1. These are only the completely false statements and do not include the half truths and spin.
1) The shooting involved as many as 5 biker gangs and close to 200 bikers.
FALSE- Video shown to the Associated Press proves that the vast majority of the 200 bikers at the Twin Peaks ran for cover and had nothing to do with the incident.
2) The shooting started after an argument inside the Twin Peaks bathroom escalated to the parking lot.
FALSE- Video shown to the Associated Press proves that no part of the altercation was inside the restaurant. Unless, or course, you count the people who were shot and took cover inside the restaurant afterwards.
3) There were shots fired both inside and outside the restaurant.
FALSE- Video shown to the Associate Press proves that no shots were fired inside the restaurant.
4) Restaurant management had been aware that the gangs frequented their restaurant and officers had been out to that restaurant before to deal with these types of problems.
FALSE- This is false in so many ways. 1st, in an official statement, the Twin Peaks Restaurant claims that no one in law enforcement spoke to any of them about the potential violence prior to the incident. 2nd, Most of the clubs there did not frequent Waco, TX. Meetings were usually held in Austin and Dallas restaurants. 3rd, Waco PD police records do not show ANY past activity between the biker clubs at the Twin Peaks in Waco, TX- none at all.
5) All those injured or killed were gang members.
FALSE- Getting past the gang slurs by law enforcement, Jesus Rodriguez (aka, Mohawk) was shot to death in the incident and has absolutely zero club affiliation.
6) The gang members werent here to drink beer and eat barbecue. They came with violence in mind.
FALSE- This is the biggest lie told by Waco PD and is what they used to justify the mass arrests. An organized political meeting was scheduled for 1pm by the Texas Confederation of Clubs and Independents. In fact, this was a special meeting where a key-note speaker was to report on what happened a few weeks earlier at the National Coalition of Motorcyclists meeting in Denver, Colorado. Because this was a special meeting, and many people were expected to attend from various parts of Texas, the meeting was moved to Waco, TX (conveniently located between Dallas and Austin). The majority of the bikers went to a political meeting and nothing more.
Forgot to add that Stubbs is the Bandidos’ attorney.
The comments to the update are more interesting than the update.
They are trying to fertilize the ground for upcoming lies.
“Forgot to add that Stubbs is the Bandidos attorney.”
All of them that were arrested?
Stubbs is the club’s attorney.
