A government branch which does not operate according to USConstitutional Law, should be disbanded at best. Acting upon supposed _legal_ traditions instead of US Law, as defined by USConstitution, is just brazen lawlessness; at worst this is treason.

Roberts is owned by the blackmailers. What really ticks me off is you KNOW Bush had all the dirt on him, too. Yet he still put him on the bench. I wonder why.
Even when the person who wrote the law said he did it just to make the republican governors have to support obamacare, Roberts says “Well, he really didn’t mean it.”
I know a liberal who used the same terminology to defend Obama’s stupidity. I pointed out some of the stupid things he’d said and the liberal said “Well, he didn’t mean it.”

Even the most dense must see that the only law there is in this land is what five out of nine justices say there is. They can kick a law out for any reason and they can interpret laws to say what they don't in order to get any result they want. They are appointed for life and not accountable in any way. They are our overlords and they aren't really bothering to try to hide it anymore.
