Saying a proposed ballot measure calling for the killing of gay people is patently unconstitutional on its face, a Sacramento County judge has ruled that the state attorney general can halt the proposal.
With the judges ruling, the so-called Sodomite Suppression Act will not move forward to the signature-gathering phase and cannot be placed on a future ballot. The proposal, submitted by Huntington Beach attorney Matthew McLaughlin, sought to authorize the murder of gays and lesbians by bullets to the head or any other convenient method.

If it wasn’t the ploy of left-wing provocateurs, but just the idiotic brain child of a nutball pure and simple, this would be the equivalency of both Christo Fascism and Islamo Fascism - and both of them at the same time.
There are many cases where religion and politics just don’t mix - be it here in the U.S. - or in Saudi Arabia for example.
The judge just spared 80% of the population of West Hollywood and several neighborhoods in San Francisco.
We don’t even execute child molesters and very rarely do we execute murderers. There was no way this was going anywhere.

This ballot measure smells like a “moby.”
In the earlier days of the U.S.A., states, knowing that they had the right to make laws, executed men who committed sodomy. They were hanged.
Now who saw that coming?
