The Texas Confederation of Clubs and Independents is run by the Bandidos. Every chapter is chaired by a Bandido or Bandido associate.

Member clubs pay ‘dues’ to the ‘club’. The money goes where?

Members have to get their patches approved by the ‘club’.

Cossacks were NOT members (paid no extortion money) and were wearing BANDIDOS patches.

Bikers and Boy Scouts both have patches.

If a group of Boy Scouts wear another groups patches there will be hell to pay.

These bikers should have a bake off or a water balloon fight to settle their differences.
