The Fourteenth Amendment was supposed to do this, yes? Never mind the Bill of Rights before that.
But the ERA wanted (and wants) to make things more Soviet-like, like I pointed out.

Not how the feminists define equal rights. In their minds, women earning the same pay for working less hours than men is equal rights.
