There is absolutely no legal merit to this case. Flake and his flaky dad should GTH!
It reads okay on its face, but the hurdle for finding against the government, which is what the DA and Arapio represent, is set very high. There is little chance of prevailing against the sheriff. The DA is supposed to know better.
