I’d imagine the IRS would be more than willing to back date that paperwork.
Is ANYBODY expecting an honest audit, ever? Neither IRS nor PricewaterhouseCooper has any incentive to clarify the situation, as both have pretty dirty hands at this point.
The fix is in, and clearly beyond prosecution on any level.
