Lone wolf crazy shootings are relatively rare. No need to get all hyped up just because the media wishes things to be otherwise.
Imagine if we were trying to stop 100% traffic casualties the same way they try to stop 100% of mass homicide casualties.
We are a nation of 300 million+ people!
No matter what is done, this will never stop entirely! There will always be evil people.
The former: someone had a gun and stopped the intruder and only a couple of people died.
The later: no one had a gun and the perp killed nine people.
Conclusion: banning guns is not the solution.

This Church Protected by S&W, COlt,Ruger and others. on the front of the church with parishioners seen at gun ranges and known to have CCW. There will be no shooting s in the church, or stabbings or other outsider disruptions, except for possibly MSM reporters trying to drum up anti gun demonstrations to make news.
My church has armed security for all services—has had for years. All are expertly trained, all authorized for concealed carry and most are current or former law enforcement.
Our founding pastor said the church received threats years ago and he decided not to take any chances. I feel very secure worshipping there; between the Lord and our security team, we’re ready.
