If they were victims of domestic abuse in Guatemala their place of redress is Guatemala, not the US. How does political asylum even come close to covering her domestic situation? It’s clearly judicial overreach and since when does a federal judge have more control over immigration policy than Congress or even the States? This woman is in exactly the same situation as a fugitive who flees the US to another country. We don’t have jurisdiction there. Judges need to stay out of this or they should be impeached, tarred and feathered.
Some judges have their heads in very dark places.
