I guess if Uber is valued at $50 Billion...some budding entrepreneur will start up a CCW taxi app.

I don't think their value is that high since the courts ruled that the drivers are employees, not independent contractors and now telling drivers that they can't carry to defend themselves will have a further negative impact.

So if they’re employees, will the company now be required to pay for any worker benefits, workers compensation, the fuel, car insurance, any future uniforms, ensure they take breaks, keep log books, create employee Human Resources departments, have driver supervisors, managers etc?

And will the company be 100% liable for all the traffic collisions which occur multiple times per day involving their new employees?

Is this all correct?
