this is so odd
I was sick last month for 2 weeks- I ate nothing but soup and chamomile tea for the entire time
I lost 20 pounds, and felt better than I had in years...

I sometimes skip dinner at night and I always feel so much better the next morning...and it’s help with the weight loss quite a bit.

A few years ago I went to a tremendously emotionally trying time with a family situation for about 4 months.
All I could really keep down was Whey powder shakes. Three a day with some solid food at times.
Lost 35 pounds in about 4 months. The funny part is, physically I felt great after the weight loss. LOL

But now they have found that a calorie-restricted diet comprising of vegetable soups and chamomile tea has the same affect.
My spidey-proofreader sense is tingling . . .

What does the chamomile tea do? The article mentioned it but never explained the benefits.

That’s what I’ve been wondering too. An olive is a veggie, isn’t it?;-)

I usually only eat one meal per day anyway. By the time I get hungry its 2:00PM so at that point I just wait til dinner.

“An olive is a veggie, isnt it?”
Actually, an olive is a fruit.
(Vegetables don’t grow on trees)
Avocados and tomatoes are also fruits. Corn is a grain.
